Paridhi Singh is the Co-Founder of MBA & Beyond, a global admissions advisory that helps ambitious professionals gain admission to the world’s leading business schools.

An entrepreneur and growth strategist, Paridhi began her career after receiving a fellowship at Harvard Medical School, before transitioning into the startup ecosystem in 2013. Over the years, she has worked across global markets as a Digital Marketing Manager, Growth Hacker, and Lean Startup specialist, helping organizations build scalable growth strategies.

Paridhi has coached startups and large corporations like Nestlé and Unilever on growth, innovation, and digital strategy. She is also the author of the book All We Ever Look For, which explores the deeper human motivations behind ambition, purpose, and success.

Through MBA & Beyond, Paridhi works closely with high-potential professionals to help them craft authentic and compelling narratives for top global MBA programs. She believes the admissions journey is not simply about gaining entry into a business school, but about helping individuals gain clarity on the impact they want to create in the world.

Her long-term vision is to bring together thoughtful leaders and decision-makers who can solve complex global challenges by elevating the intellectual and emotional capacity of leadership.
