Rajat, an INSEAD MBA graduate, boasts over 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He weathered two industry downturns, a pandemic, and even negative crude oil prices, gaining unique insights into managing turbulent business environments.

At Cairn Energy, he led university recruitment efforts, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and mentoring candidates to unlock their potential. He’s a staunch advocate for diversity and education accessibility.

As President of INSEAD’s Energy Club, Rajat represented the institution globally, including at COP26. He also served as a student representative for admissions, hosting webinars for prospective students. Rajat received job offers from tech giants like Amazon and prestigious strategy firms. He now works as a consultant in London, helping energy sector leaders adapt to the green transition.

In his spare time, Rajat enjoys playing poker with friends.
