ISB launches 20-Month PG Programs for Young Leaders (PGPYL)

ISB PG Programs for young leaders

Indian School of Business, renowned for its flagship one-year MBA, has introduced an exciting new program in management education: the PG Programs in Management for Young Leaders (PGPYL).

Launching in July 2025, this 20-month program is tailored for recent graduates and early-career professionals with up to two years of work experience. PGPYL offers a unique pathway for young talent to gain immersive management training at one of India’s top  business schools, setting them up for a dynamic start in their professional journeys.

Key Features of the Program

  • 20-Month Duration: Designed for early-career professionals, the program offers a comprehensive curriculum focused on core business principles, experiential learning, and technological skills.
  • Experiential Learning: Emphasizes hands-on projects, both in the classroom and beyond, to help students gain practical insights, especially beneficial for those with limited work experience.
  • Mandatory Internship: A required summer internship provides valuable industry exposure, allowing students to apply their skills in real-world settings.
  • Diverse Curriculum: Includes unique offerings such as the Business Design Lab, iDEAS, and the Innovation Lab, PiVOT, where students can cultivate creative problem-solving abilities and foster business innovation.
  • Global Recognition: Backed by ISB’s strong reputation and acceptance of GMAT, GRE, and CAT scores, the program attracts a diverse cohort of applicants from India and around the world.

A New Pathway for Early-Career Professionals

Indian School of Business’s latest program is crafted in response to the rising demand for management education tailored to individuals with limited work experience. Similar to the renowned Master in Management (MiM) programs offered by prestigious schools in the U.S. and Europe, ISB’s Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGPYL) is designed to provide early-career professionals with a solid foundation in business.

While MiM programs at institutions like London Business School, HEC Paris, and Duke Fuqua cater to recent graduates, ISB’s 20-month format offers an immersive experience, blending a rigorous curriculum with significant hands-on learning opportunities.
