Kaninika Thakur is a veteran who served the Indian Army for twenty years in the Logistics Corps. In this span, she teneted various challenging Supply Chain and Logistics assignments in life-threatening situations and garnered rich experience of leading high-functioning teams with zero margin of error. She has to her credit the rare distinction of being the first woman officer who commanded the largest strategically important Logistics base in the volatile region near the Indo-Pak border.

She was also the second woman officer nominated by the Ministry of Defence as an assessor for selecting Officers in the Indian Army through a rigorous selection procedure. In recognition of her distinguished service in the Indian Army, she was awarded multiple times.

Post her illustrious career in the Indian Army, she smoothly transitioned into a corporate leader and served in a Pharmaceutical Company as Deputy General Manager. A certified analyst of human behavior, she finds her ikigai in coaching and mentoring Armed Forces aspirants and has, therefore, launched her own online venture in the coaching space.

She has secured admission to Warwick Business School full-time MBA with 25% scholarship for the September 2023 intake and the coveted Sloan Masters at London Business School for the December 2023 intake.
